The communication provided by Mark has been less than satisfactory from start to.. lets call it half finished. What started out as an insurance claim has turned into an ongoing 6 month headache. While originally delayed, due to poor communication or Mark's endless 'technology issues', we finally got our new floor! Only to come home and find the tiles uneven, the grout washed out, and a tile already chipped from how poorly they were installed.We were guaranteed that a warranty replacement would be done, and it's been over 2 months since the first floor was laid. Communication has not improved, and we're still waiting for some kind of remediation.The poor management and lack of communication directly reflect the quality of floor we received, and are my main source for uncertainty that this will even be rectified.Myself, and the representative from the insurance agency are anxiously awaiting your reply.
