As seniors, we rely on contractors to do the work we need in an honest way. For a simple 300 sq ft vinyl click flooring install we were quoted 2 days work and $3000. When the work was done it took less than 6 hours but we were still charged for 2 days work. Why would they take advantage of seniors this way?
I dealt with Al for a renovation i was doing on a 1969 home. He was willing to meet me on a Saturday to pick flooring out, gave a detailed quote, and was very personable. When the install day came, they did a great job. There was a couple small deficiencies that they immediately came back and took care of. Months later there was a couple gaps from the floor settling and they came right over and fixed. I highly recommend this very professional, and easy to work with company.
We have nothing but good to say about our experience with United Floors in Penticton. From the moment we walked into the store we were treated well, educated on different carpets & underlays. We took home samples went back to order carpets and fully thought we would have wait quite awhile but we were happy they could fit us in sooner rather than later. The installer, Dave was amazing! We recently purchased our first home, and decided to replace the dated carpets in the upstairs and on the stairs of our house. From beginning to end, we had wonderful service, with knowledgeable staff, who were friendly, helpful and cared about getting us what we wanted! We are so happy with the quality and look of our beautiful carpets.The carpets came in quickly, and were installed immediately after it arrived.I cannot praise this company and staff enough! Working with United Flooring for our renovation was a great experience. They were so helpful and accommodating with everything! From picking out the products to dealing with all the set backs and changes to the schedule!! The workers were fantastic and got everything done in a timely fashion.
