Can’t say enough good things about the staff and installer. Laura took her time with me, encouraged me to take home multiple samples, made great suggestions, and listened to all my individual needs to help me make the best choice for my home. I went with an LVP and was so glad Laura was so thorough with her recommendations because my initial choice would’ve been too dark in my home. Brian was the BEST installer I have worked with! He cut no corners and his attention to detail was exemplary. Truly an asset to Carpet Weavers, and I can see why he is so highly requested. Other staff were just as friendly and helpful in all interactions. If you’re looking for great customer service and quality install this is your place.
They take the time to really sit with you to help get your selections exactly the way you want them. When there was a mix up around the holidays and the manufacturer sent one of the items wrong……the people at Carpet Weavers made sure that I had something on loan for family to sit on. They will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I shopped around at least 8 different stores for what I wanted and Carpet Weavers price beat every other store I looked at. ( Most others could only offer the leather look instead of genuine leather). If I decide I want to add another piece to the room they will be my go to.
From initial visit/order to a problem free installation, I was treated professionally. My calls were returned promptly, questions answered. Shelly my sales rep was outstanding, I highly recommend you ask for her. Leo and his installation team were prompt and the install was done professionally. Even vacuumed the entire floor.
We worked with Drew to measure for and schedule the installation of new carpet in our basement. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, bringing lots of samples that worked with our budget. The installers came today, quicker than I expected, and did a beautiful job installing the carpeting. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our carpeting. They even vacuumed their way out of the door when they left, leaving crisp vacuum lines for a perfect finish... which of course, wins my heart ?? We couldn't be happier! We will absolutely use Carpet Weavers again when we redo our upstairs flooring. Thanks, Drew & team!
Love it !! It's wonderful and the installers I had was great!! Love the people that work there Anna ?? ?? was great to work with and the furniture they have is very nice also . The amount of choices to choose from is ALOT, as well as wood and vinyl flooring ! They get a A+ from me !
