I used Ralph’s when I needed new flooring in the basement of our house. They did a great job and communication was excellent. I had a few issues that I called back about. There was no issue having them come back out on a stair edge that was coming up. I would recommend them to any friend or family.

We have purchased area rugs from Ralph's for many years and they do a great job. Recently they installed some beautiful Shaw carpet in a large area in our basement including the stairs.
