We purchased a large amount of engineered hardwood from these guys. The in-store service was great, and the delivery was timely. There were a few damaged cases with the delivery, and they were responsive to our concern, responding appropriately.
I was very disappointed with All Hardwood Flooring. I bought new LVP flooring from them and they would install it, but failed to fix the squeaking first. When I complained about it, they said they could fix it by charging an additional 60% fee... Very disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone.
This was my 2nd experience with All Hardwood Flooring. The 1st was just a purchase but this time I also used them for installation as well. Not only are their prices good, the service for installation was excellent. A very polite and professional team. I would recommend that anyone looking for flooring, check out their huge selection. You will not be disappointed.
