He walked me through every step of the process, from choosing the right carpet to scheduling the installation, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions.Cody, the installation person, was just as wonderful, polite, professional, and very respectful of my home. When they finished, I honestly couldn’t believe the difference. My house feels warm, fresh, and brand new again. It has brought me so much joy and comfort.At my age, it means the world to work with people you can trust. Wonderful experience from the time we walked through the front door! Aaron greeted us immediately and walked us through each and every step,simple and easy. Dale was the installer and was very professional and did a supper job! Got here and got the job done.
Aaron was very helpful for my wife and I’s carpet buying experience and Cody did a great job installing carpet in our new home. These guys made everything easy and they were all super friendly. I highly recommend them!
I have had bad experiences with previous flooring stores and was not an easy customer. I stopped in and Jason came right up and listened and shared his knowledge and time. I brought home the sample and fellin love with it. Within 1 month a fantastic installer came and we now have vinyl plank flooring that makes our rooms look amazing. This has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. Totally recommend Jason, Dan and Carpet One!!
Outstanding experience working with Jason (sales) and Matt (installer)! Jason diligently spent the time to help us find the perfect floor for our home remodel and made sure we stayed within our budget. He then scheduled our tile removal and floor install with Matt who did a phenomenal job with the challenging angles of our home layout. They helped us to completely transform the entire main level of our home and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
