Amazing selection and great customer service! We got all new flooring LVT and Carpet and are very happy with the whole process. They also have an amazing area rug selection!
Another poor customer service experience.Went to attempt to match damaged bathroom tile, immediately the associated began pushing full re-tile of our bathroom. I expressed I didn't want to do that but instead replace the damage tile. His response was "that ain't going to happen". When showing us the closest they had he stated "that's a poor match, guess your SOL". Like others stated, would advise to go elsewhere
