Carpet Mart Red Deer

Ordered carpet during the Christmas holidays. We waited a bit longer but to be expected over the holidays. I must say Kyle was great to deal with and better prices than most places. He helped cut the carpet before pick up which made it much easier to lift. I would recommend going here for any of your carpet needs! Thanks Kyle and team ??

When we had all the flooring replaced in our house in May of this year, we had to ask repeatedly over several months to get the job fixed. There is a spot by the baseboard where it is lifting. The spots we had asked to be fixed were not cut the proper length. Also the stairs had issues and had to be replaced. They also have not returned any of our voicemails or email with photos with the problem (we stopped at the store to ask when they would fix the problem and their response was they have been busy however it would only be a 1/2 hour fix and that has been over several months of waiting. I would have withheld the final payment to have the issue fixed. If you want reliability and a job finished properly, l suggest looking elsewhere."

Great experience with this business. Kyle’s been super helpful with picking out my flooring and super accommodating for the dates I wanted his team here to install. Gary who came and put my flooring down was kind, friendly, and super professional. And the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

Have dealt here for years. Always ready to help and offer a large choice selection. Kyle the owner often will be there to personally walk you through your choices measure your job and arrange for installation if you need it. Great place for all your flooring needs weather you are a contractor or doing your own project

I recently had the pleasure of working with Carpet Mart and I can confidently say that they exceeded all of my expectations. After a flood, my family and I decided to handle the repairs ourselves, and we quickly learned that Carpet Mart was a smart choice. Unlike other flooring stores, Carpet Mart didn't require us to work with an insurance company, which allowed us to get our flooring at a much lower price. In fact, we saved over $1000 on the exact same carpet and installation compared to a competitor down the road. Throughout the process, Carpet Mart was easy to work with and provided excellent communication. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The installation was also completed incredibly fast, which was a huge relief after the stress of the flood. Overall, I highly recommend Carpet Mart for anyone in need of quality flooring at a great price. They truly went above and beyond, and I'm grateful for their exceptional service. Thank you Kyle and your amazing team.
