The guys are good and they were polite and helpful but the flooring I got there I'm very disappointed with. I actually detest the way it lays down and I've installed plenty of flooring with zero problems prior.

Bought carpet for my stairs, everyone was very helpful. Prices including installation was very reasonable! The carpet was installed in about 2 hours and the carpet and underlay is very soft underfoot! I’m very happy with the service here!

This was an absolute disaster. I fully regret using and supporting this company.
After I put my deposit down the service took a big turn for the worst. I was asked if I wanted to pay for my furniture to be moved and I agreed thinking nothing of it.
After the vinyl plank was put in I discovered that all my walls had been damaged. My baseboards were missing, some were put in the wrong places and upside down.
I called the owner/manager and we set up a time for him to come and take a look. I showed him all of the damage and how my baseboards were put back on and he started to get angry raising his voice telling me that his guys wouldn’t have done this. Insinuating it was myself. I then told him I would not be paying him the remaining fees until this was fixed. He yelled at me “ see you in court”. This is when I asked him to leave my home
Long story short I ended up paying but had to search for a handyman to do the repairs.
Very disappointing when you spend almost 10,000. This place is definitely lacking customer service skills.

I wanted to thank Jeff Shepherd, Ishmal, and the entire staff at Flooring Superstores for making my wife a very happy person. She is extremely pleased with the job and effort that Jeff and Ishmal did on our new flooring. We had a flood on Sept long weekend which ruined most of the upstairs and downstairs floor coverings. Insurance gave us an allowance to spend and Jeff made sure to get us into the very best materials possible that were within our budget. We are extremely happy and would recommend Flooring Superstores to anyone looking for friendly service, great quality products, detailed installation and a great price.
