Used to be a great place to buy flooring and other flooring supplies. Young guy behind the counter was rude, wasn't interested in helping.
We asked to buy a vinyl seam sealer for our floor in our camping trailer. My hubby asked him 3 times if it was the right stuff and on their store hours and Dillon stated on all 3 times he would be there and that it was the correct stuff. We couldn't make the store hours to pick it up so we sent a friend. Dillon told us that he would be there. Our friend showed up at 330pm and store closes at 4. There was a sign on door that said went to bank not returning. So there was the first incident of wasting ours and our friends time. Then my hubby went to pick it up today while he was working and dropped it off to me at my work. First thing I noticed it was a seam sealer for fiberglass sheet goods. Dillon swore this was the stuff we needed. Since when are fiberglass and vinyl the same thing. I actually showed my RV tech what they sold us and he just laughed and said NO don't use that. So again Dillon wasted our time. So now we somehow have to find the time to return it. Don't deal with this place. Very unhappy with the service and will never trust shamrock flooring again for anything. Thank you for wasting our time. For future knowledge the seam sealer that is actually needed is DT-65 maybe train your staff on products.
Great service & selection. Very knowledgeable staff. Found us exactly what we needed to finish the job; & it looks fantastic! Will certainly be back & recommend anyone needing flooring accessories or tools to check them out.
