Tried to return a product and the sales associate told us it was unable to be returned because it was a “discontinued product.” Yet I was able to walk over find more of the same exact product on the floor right then and there. After that was brought to their attention, no additional efforts were made to try to explain why it could not be returned, at minimum for store credit.
Poor customer service experienced at this store on a few occasions now.I've purchased many times here and on two occasions have had to return an item and have been told they will not allow it to be returned for store credit to buy further items, when the product was broken, then have been told it was discontinued and have walked to the item and showed the associate the item on the wall.Home Depot, Dal Tile, Lowe's, are much more consumer friendly with more knowledgeable team members and utilize good customer service.Highly do not recommend using this store.
Ashley was amazing! She was great helping us pick out the shower floor tiles and the best grout for the floors and shower walls, and even in the backsplash! all around fantastic. She even threw in her opinions on the paint that we’re contemplating using! Again, Ashley was amazing!
I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee named Zach Burns at the Reno store......he was absoultely fantastic. Coscientious, thorough, well read technically and emotonally intelligent in regards to my particular flooring dilemna. This combination is unfortunately rare. If I still owned my business I'd steal him in a heartbeat. That's the highest compliment I can pay.
