Floorcraft

We called Floorcraft to come out and give us a quote. Dimitri came to do the quote and offered us several options, including oil—or water-based finishes. We originally thought we would go with oil-based finishes; however, after seeing the results of water-based finishes and their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based, which turned out to be a shorter process. They also offered a quick drying option with a blue light that helped us get into our home sooner after the work was done! Fabulous! They scheduled our refinishing process, and the man who came to do the job was pleasant and courteous. The quote was competitive, and they skipped no steps to make our floors beautiful! I highly recommend them to anyone hoping to refinish their floors or install new ones! We originally thought it would go with oil-based finishes, but after seeing the results in water-based finishes in terms of their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based. Gorgeous!

Honestly I cannot say enough great things about Floorcraft and the people there. Dimitri is one of the most knowledgeable and nicest people I have ever met. I feel like he really cared about how the floors would look with my decor and our lifestyle. He talked with of his customers to arrange for me to see how they looked installed in her home. We had a fantastic experience with Floorcraft of Reno. We replaced a tile floor with over 2,000 square feet of hardwood. The communication and design research with our Interior Designer was conducted without a hitch. Supplies were ordered and installed on schedule with a specific attention to detail. Some minor material flaws (material shrinkage) were addressed with Dimitri to my complete satisfaction. I would strongly recommend Floorcraft for your next large or small flooring project.
