I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this locally owned carpet store, run by two incredible women- Stacey and Starla. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, heard and helped. Stacey explained that the area rugs needed for my new hardwood floors should be "soft-backed" so that pads were not needed. She helped me find the best quality remnants, and she cut them to the sizes needed and hemmed them with the appropriate colors. They were ready within 10 days and all bundled neatly in transparent film. Starla loaded them all in our suv- even when we thought they wouldn't fit. Since I bought the remnants, I also got the "extra," that I can make custom carpets from. I highly-recommend supporting this outstanding locally-owned business. I can't say anything about the carpets or buying experience, but I'm a truck driver. There is a Planet Fitness gym next door, and this place has a large dirt lot out back. I called them at almost closing time to ask if I could park in their lot. The lady on the phone was very sweet, thanked me for calling first, and told me that as long as I was out by 730 in the morning, I could park there all night.

Starla is amazing. She helped us pick out the best carpet for our needs and even gave us a discount. Benny, the installer, and his crew were fantastic. They carpeted out entire upstairs, our staircase and our living room in one day and did a beautiful job. If every business was run like this exceptional, locally owned business, the world would be a much better place.

I was referred here bec I needed carpet for a bedroom and closet. There were many remnants to choose from at a reasonable price. The saleswoman helped me decide on the best color, sold me carpet pad and even scheduled the installer. Would buy here again.
