We chose to go with them because of their experience, knowledge and longevity in the Reno/Sparks area. The installers were very quick and efficient on the installation. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! First and for most, their selection of hardwood is the best I’ve seen. I walked into the store and instantly saw a bunch of hardwood that I loved. The owners were very kind and informative. I came in with my baby and they were very patient. I also know absolutely nothing about hardwood but left feeling well versed and confident in the samples I took home. If I could give them 10 stars I would ??

We were so please with the service and installation of our hardwood flooring. They walked us though the steps and VERY patient with my uncertainty of which flooring to pick. They even ordered a box of the one I wanted just to be sure I could see it in all 5 rooms and hallways we were doing in a larger sample. The installers were amazing. They were so competent on laying out and installing a complicated floor plan, knew exactly how to move the furniture after we emptied all the "stuff" in all of the pieces to minimize disruption, and had a great work ethic. Everything was cleaned and removed at the end of the day. The removal of all the old carpet and moldings went quickly. The installation of the new molding was perfect. Greg and Theresa and their family couldn't have been nicer and more informative and the men installing were pleasant and so easy to have around working. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company.
