What customers say
Customers mention flooring selection and installation, including a garage-room carpet job that worked despite a difficult floor and came with advice on keeping the carpet clean. One customer describes no customer service and says no carpet arrived a month after a deposit was paid, calls went unanswered, and a text said "No Refunds on deposit." Another says nails in the carpet kept stabbing children as they crawled until a husband hammered them down; carpet in the youngest child's room also stopped short of the wall, leaving a gap to the floor below.

I dealt with Victor at Discount Floors they were recommended from a friend. I had a carpet job done in a room that we built in the garage. I knew it was difficult to do because the floor in the garage is hard to put carpet in but they made it work and it turned out great! Victor explained the process and his team was clean and respectful, also gave me recommendations to maintain the carpet clean. I can see why they were recommended. Thanks again!

They are not answering any calls!! Do not waste your money! My husband got a text from them only to say "No Refunds on deposit" complete bullsh!t
