I just had new carpet installed with Carpet One, and I worked with Mike Hyde. I can't believe how easy and seamless the experience was from choosing the right carpet in my budget, the installation, communication on updates, and checking in each step of the way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The financing and billing options were great. I definitely use them in my business and would recommend them to anybody who's looking at updating or getting new flooring.

We had an excellent experience at Carpet One! Hunter did a great job answering our questions and helped us pick out the carpet and tile that work well for us. Hunter was very efficient in scheduling the measurement and installation on dates that worked well. Mike was very pleasant and measured everything in under a half hour. Jason did an awesome job with the installation, finishing everything in one day.

The cuts around the vents are especially problematic. Each vent is 12 inches long. They did not make proper cuts on the tops AC vents. As a result, each vent is partially obstructed—by as much as 2 to 3 inches on side. 2-3 inches of HVAC vents are closed. See the photos. I called them several times and they sent a person to take photos and confirmed the issue. I was consistently given the runaround with no resolution for far. Unfortunately, this experience reflects the overall standard of their workmanship. I understand that issues can arise during any project, but they should be addressed appropriately. Whether this is a material defect or a workmanship problem, I’m not certain—but I do hope the company will take responsibility and resolve it. If they do, I’ll gladly update my review to reflect that
