David is reason enough to go here! I’ve worked with him on two separate flooring projects, and he’s fantastic to work with. He’s one of the rare people these days that actually makes you feel like he cares about you and not just making a profit. I was working with a limited budget to get my dad’s condo renovated after his passing. David found creative ways to make it work, and the result was a stunning and high quality job. While shooting for new carpet and hard flooring, we were so surprised to see that you can get so much more there for remodeling needs. They have cupboards and countertops also. Melissa was so helpful in guiding us to meet our needs perfectly, and with great prices. Really happy we started there!
I have never worked with a more disorganized, bumbling and poorly-communicating bunch than these guys in Roseville. NEVER will I ever shop there or refer anyone there.Ordered and paid 50% deposit for carpet on 9/4. Was told it would be in within 10 days. Zero communication until I called on 9/20, only to be told it would be there on 9/25. Was also told on 9/20 that my carpet pad was not ordered on 9/4, even though it was part of the invoice. Was told it would be ordered immediately ad show up with the carpet on 9/25.Again, zero communication that any part of the order was received so I called on 9/26. Was told the carpet and pad were in, so I paid the balance and advised them that my flooring installer would pick it up on 9/30. My flooring guy gets there on 9/30 (today) only to be told the pad isn't there. They spend 45 minutes looking for it and, out of frustration, one of the employees says they'll just give me an upgraded pad. I didn't want the memory foam pad so my installer asked what else they had. They pointed to a luxury pad. When checking the item #, it was then they realized that was my pad all along.I won't go into the ordering of laminate flooring and the trim piece that I paid for but didn't exist.Price is what you pay, value is what you get...
