They worked with us to make the floor in a way that made us fall in love with it. Our project grew exponentially on the way and they were very accommodating and understanding for that. They were easy to work with not only with us but also with our general contractors who came along later in the project. Their installation team was so professional and did amazing work. The installation crew used my personal vacuum, got dust everywhere in my home which I had to pay to get professionally cleaned. They broke my tile and straight up lied about it. Refused to pay to reimburse me for the cleaning , which we had to go to court. Put in two different color trim in my secondary room, didn’t notify me that the trim was not painted. Didn’t ask me if I wanted to get it painted prior to installing. Now the trim has marks all over it. These people are unprofessional,incompetent, and dishonest . The floor is already chipping and gets scratched easily. It’s cheap garbage, but claim it’s luxury..

I would give their install crews 5 stars, but their customer service is what led to this 3 star review.

The end product looks great, but it took a lot of pushing on our end to ensure the project was done well and in a timely manner. Materials repeatedly showed up late or on a different schedule than we were originally told. The communication between the owner, the project manager and the sales person was a problem the entire time. They were generally courteous and seemed to try their best, but unfortunately this project seemed to be too large or out of their area of expertise.

I don’t think I would recommend them for a large/complex project, especially if you have any time constraints. Small projects would probably be fine. And, again, the install crews themselves were very good and courteous.

We choose FCI to replace the entire first floor of our home. While not the lowest bid out there, we were thoroughly impressed with the entire team. Angela, Delilah and Leroy were a pleasure to work with during the consult and selection process. Rigio, Jaime and his team did an excellent job tearing out our dilapidated laminate and tile ...oh so much tile! They even moved our furniture around and expertly draped & taped off our precious belongings while the demo was going on. There's absolutely NO WAY that I would've been able to do as good a job as they did EVER. Let alone the 6-day window they quoted (which was 100% accurate). My neighbors had hired a handyman to do their bathroom floor and half-way through he just up and stopped coming. Now they're paying the price to have it redone AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and hire FCI to do your floors correctly, the FIRST TIME.
