I found the people at Flooring Liquidators at Business Park location to be VERY HELPFUL, offering excellent suggestions on the various brands and their costs in relation to my specific needs. I loved the fact that they had a large and well organized collection of brands and many colors from which to select so I could find just the right color of product that would complement my new kitchen cabinets. They were very responsible on keeping me up to date on the arrival status of my product which had been delayed by the manufacturer. Also, I appreciated their willingness hold my item at their location until I could get someone to help me bring it home. All in all, my experience was wonderful and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Absolutely awful experience at Floor Liquidators. I get that you were closing soon, but the level of disinterest from the staff was wild. The older lady at the counter acted like helping a customer was the biggest inconvenience of her day. She had that Mrs Doubtfire look, except with the attitude of someone who goes through two packs of Marlboro every afternoon and a king size bag of M&Ms.Then there was the other guy in a pony tail… showing up to work in slides with his uniform like he just rolled out of bed. Zero professionalism, zero effort, zero customer care.No need to do business here, I walked next door to Marshs carpet. Compare the reviews between the two places, and use that to make your decision.
Nice team to work with and gave lots of helpful information. Also was able to come out in short timeframe and get flooring done with a few hours
Purchased a flooring product in 2022 off of the strong recommendation of the sales person. (CONQUEST) Paradigm simulated wood plank. After several months the flooring started to make snap sounds then visually faulty in the high traffic areas. I called the Rancho store and the salesman (jeff) if I remember got super argumentative with me to the point I asked him if he was rhe flooring mfg. That answered the phone. Jeff went on to Immediately blame me for 1) not being a licensed contractor 2) not buying transitions from them 3) not setting the floor correctly 4) not installing correctly at doorways. Jeff stated my warranty is VOID ! if any of that applies to me . Never saw the floor never offered to just proceed with my request to contact the manufacturer.let it be noted I have it on gtrat authority the mfg. Of this floor has issues with this floor and has made adjustments to its design and helped people replace this floor because of defects.FONT GO TO THE RANCHO CORDOVA STORE MUCH NICER IN ROSEVILLE and believe me for 15k worth of flooring ot would have been worth it.
My experience with this business started off decent. I did not like that fact that the only time I experienced good service was when the manager was present, otherwise, by phone, no one ever seemed to have the answer unless the manager (Tyler) was not on her day off.One day an employee became so frustrated with my attempt at getting help that they hung up on me for asking simple questions. I was told this would be addressed and then the real problems started. As a review below stated, all of a sudden, Tyler turned on me. She became frustrated at simple requests for good customer service, told me that nothing they did could make me happy, and when I asked what they've done to make me happy, she told me that she was not going to give me anything. I wasn't a bum looking for a hand out or an excuse to get a discount. I was merely asking what they had done to make me happy, as she implied that she had made that effort. I just wanted to be treated like a valued customer and not like a problem because I pointed out a problem.I've worked in customer service for a long time and know that the customer is not always right, but you at least have to offer to the customer that you are disappointed that they aren't happy and ask how they can better be served in the future, to make them feel like you would like their return service. Once the manager turned on me, she got so upset that she literally yelled at me outside in front of other people, "you're a terrible person, go away." She went on to attack me personally by referencing my career, based on her knowledge of what I did professionally, which she learned about through casual conversation when I first met her.I had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE with Tyler that Fazil Sajjad had in his review of this store 2 months prior, and I really hope that this stops and the company looks to address this, in a responsible, caring, and professional manner. I never leave reviews and feel like a fool doing this, but as a 45 year old man, I never thought I'd experience being talked to like an inferior human being, simply because I respectfully asked that my concerns be taken seriously by management. I was ultimately told to go to another store if I didn't like the service. I've never been so disrespected and embarrassed. Tyler, you are a true professional. My initial problems/concerns included damaged cabinets on an initial order, lack of knowledge by employees during a follow up order, and then being lied to and told that the business does not accept returns, which is not true. I simply asked if a torn open box that I was receiving could be noted in case I found damage to additional cabinets, as before, and the response was that "if you take it from here, it's yours." I did come to this business because their product was cheaper in cost than others, and in turn I really did experience the old saying, "you get what you pay for." I'd pay more, every day of the week, to leave feeling respected and cared for as a customer. I give my business to smaller businesses to be treated better than a Home Depot experience, not treated worse.Sincerely,Terrible Person 11/20/2020
