Universal Flooring, Inc.

As a contractor with CG Construction, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside many trades, and Universal Flooring, Inc. truly stands out. Danny, who handled the estimating, was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He was thorough in his approach and set the tone for a smooth process from the start. Their installation team delivered excellent workmanship with strong attention to detail. They were punctual, organized, and maintained a clean job site throughout the project something we always value when coordinating multiple trades. It’s not always easy to find a company that operates with this level of professionalism, quality, and consistency, but Universal Flooring, Inc. definitely does. I would confidently recommend them to both homeowners and fellow contractors looking for reliable, high-quality flooring work. CG Construction Services Inc.

I highly recommend Universal Flooring Inc. They are a very professional company—punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. From the initial contact to the completion of the project, the entire process was smooth, clear, and well-organized. The final result exceeded my expectations. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, top-quality service.

As a general contractor, I’ve used Universal Flooring on both my residential home and commercial projects, and they are the best flooring contractor in Sacramento. The team did an incredible job on my house, and every detail was perfect from start to finish. They are also exceptional at commercial flooring installs, making them my go-to choice for all large-scale projects. From the beginning, the process was smooth, organized, and professional. I highly recommend Universal Flooring for any residential or commercial flooring needs—truly the best flooring company in Sacramento!

My wife and I were very impressed with the service we received from Universal Flooring. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Danny worked closely with us, guiding us in selecting the perfect products to achieve our desired results. He assessed our home and offered valuable professional advice on how to best accomplish our goals. As a carpenter with over 20 years in the construction industry, I typically handle most home projects myself. I am often skeptical about hiring others, as I rarely find the quality meets my expectations. Our 1949 home, built on a concrete slab, has settled considerably over the years, but this did not deter Danny. He explained their process and assured us of a great outcome. I was admittedly skeptical but decided to give them a chance, and I am so glad I did. One of Danny’s crew members arrived on the first day with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving the best possible result. This involved a significant amount of floor preparation. By the third day, the prepared slab looked so good that I joked it was ready for a sealer (it really was). The prep was truly remarkable and likely looked better than it did when originally cast the concrete in 1949. On the fourth and final day, they installed our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. This type of flooring requires a perfectly flat surface, unlike wood or engineered floors, which offer some flexibility. I cannot express enough how impressed and pleased we are with the results. I highly recommend Universal Flooring to anyone seeking a company that listens, provides excellent guidance throughout the process, and delivers quality preparations and finishes that I expect will last for many years.
