My table warped after two summers outside (no winter). They told me it's like a simple wooden table (except three times more expensive). It's not guaranteed; they told me to try putting pieces of wood in to force it to the other side. It might look nice, but stay away.

Poor-quality products and terrible customer service. Sylvie, the owner, is simply horrible in the way she runs her business. She stopped responding to me after reading my negative review on Google. It's pathetic to let her poor employees deal with an unsatisfied customer while hiding behind them. The customer is definitely not at the heart of her work; it's her ego. She stubbornly delivered defective products three times instead of refunding me. As a result, I'm stuck with a fireplace that's cracked from edge to edge and I'll have to move it out of my yard at my own expense... and oh! She's charging me for the burner. Shameful! A series of mistakes made by the company over the course of a year... The worst experience of my life.

Total disappointment from A to Z. I had a custom fireplace made last year for my baby shower. First, the delays to correct minor details on the plan were ridiculous. In addition to being delivered late, the burner handle wasn't secured, and it took another few weeks for this to be corrected. After two months of use, it was cracked in two places from edge to edge. I was told it would be replaced in early spring, only to be told it would be replaced in mid-May. I'm requesting a refund because I no longer want to do business with this company, and I'm being offered a percentage discount. Why should I pay the balance for a series of errors made by their team?

I received a second fireplace in May. When it arrived, in addition to not having the right dimensions, the burner couldn't be installed properly. I had to wait weeks for the replacement, which couldn't be used. Two weeks after receiving my third fireplace in July, it cracked again. After numerous exchanges, the company's "engineer" confirmed that the rectangular shape distributed the heat unevenly. Strange, it's a fairly standard shape for a fireplace. I was assured that I would be reimbursed before the construction holidays. Once again, promises were not kept and the company is closed until August 7th. What a lack of ethics!!!

What amazing service! A beautiful 60-inch custom bathroom countertop to be carried up to the 3rd floor of my triplex (no elevator)... weighing nearly 300 pounds... The delivery/installation team worked with a smile... always finding solutions! A 10/10 for the product quality and a 12/10 for the delivery and installation team! By the way... after shopping around, I paid less in Chicoutimi and had it delivered to Montreal than I would have paid at any other store I checked (delivery and installation included!)... ?? #thankyou
