went to get a couple feet of carpet to fix some issues in my carpet at home, not only did the workers help me to find an exact match, but they just gave it to me at no charge! highly recommend, knowledgeable staff and very helpful!

These guys went above and beyond. With an old, crooked house, they sent out an installer first to make sure it was doable. Lowes wouldn’t even touch our house. Once we selected our flooring, the installer took out the old nasty carpet and pad, patched up the floors where it needed it, and BAM! After two work days, we had the most beautiful flooring I could have ever imagined!
No mess left over, beautiful work, replaced the existing baseboards and everything.
So happy, and it cost a lot less than I anticipated. Thanks, you guys!!! - Mary

I had an outstanding experience with JK Carpet Center in Salem. I had the pleasure of working with Terrell, Nathan, Nick, and James, and all four went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, even with a very unusual request. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out.
On top of that, the prices were exceptional, and the level of service I received was second to none. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such attentive customer care. I highly recommend JK Carpet Center to anyone looking for flooring—whether it’s for quality products, fair pricing, or an excellent customer service experience.
