Upon contacting Delo Floors after having issues with a previous company. They went ahead and came out to my home for a quote to install my already purchased LVP flooring and baseboards. Jose assured me the job could be done within my timeline. From start to finish the whole Staff at Delo Floors was very courteous and professional. Danny and Jeremy came to my location and were punctual daily. They were able to knock out my entire install in 4 days. This included flooring and baseboards in my entire house. Danny and Jeremy were hard working and honest. They explained to me what they were doing every step of the way. They did not hesitate to ask my input in every detail of my install. 100% recommend the Delo floor team. Jose was accommodating to what I wanted for my floors and he offer great input as well. He brought me sample vinyl colors I wanted for the floors which made the whole process so much smoother. Victor, Jeremy, and Daniel were wonderful. They did a beautiful job with the floors and take pride in their work. I think their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I had the whole home floor done. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. Cynthia responded to text even in odd hours which was awesome. I got vinyl and carpet. I loved how both of them turned out! We were very happy with our decision to go with Delo floors!
About a year ago we needed to upgrade the flooring in our daughter’s condominium. We found Delo Floors online. We read one positive review after another and called Jose for ideas and an estimate. We liked him right from the start. We elected to go with luxury vinyl flooring in her small space. It turned out great. The crew was excellent. The quality of the work was exceptional. We were very pleased.Fast forward one year later and we decided to modernize the flooring in our own home. We immediately reached out to Jose at Delo Floors again based on our previous experience. This job involved quite a bit of demolition work to remove 35-year-old+ tile which had outlived at usefulness. Jose’s bid for demo, new flooring, and baseboards was very reasonable. It included everything we needed. In addition, Jose promised to do the job start to finish in just one week. I thought it was very aggressive. Not only did they meet the timeline, Delo once again performed exceptional work, with a great work crew in our house, very conscientious and respectful, always cleaning up after themselves and going the extra mile to do the job better than good. We are in love with our new floors and eagerly look forward to helping other people experience the Delo transformation!
