Positive comments praise a staff member's helpful, professional manner and the company's communication; a repeat customer also described the work as good and the pricing as fair. One customer reported damage to baseboards and painted walls, with dings and scratches, and said the company declined compensation, offering to have the carpet installer fix it. Another customer reported lippage, uneven tiles and unsealed grout on an earlier job, while noting a father-in-law was happy with later work; the customer also said there was no follow-up after a later estimate visit.
