Negative Stars ( if possible ) Tito has NO integrity, work ethic, and cuts corners if not closely watched. He put flooring throughout my entire house except one room that was carpeted. He charged me an extra $300+ for Leveler, which I paid for and he never used it.Within weeks of it being done, some flooring began to lift, he also installed the flooring incorrectly around my two sliding glass doors, after weeks and multiple attempts of trying to reach him I was finally able to.He came out to my house and inspected the issues which he said he would correct, but that I’d have to pay for more Leveler because it’s expensive ( he explained ) although he can’t explain what happened to the Leveler we originally paid for that was never used.I reluctantly agreed to pay for more, as long as the work was done correctly and the issues were repaired as needed. We set a date for the following week, and he never showed up, reached out, or responded to my many attempts to contact him via text or call. When contacting his female associate at the store/shop she explained that she can’t give him any messages because she has no contact with him ( even though she was the original point of contact ) she wouldn’t get involved because this situation happens more often than not.At this point I hadn’t even mentioned to him about the tile and brick that was broken on my fireplaces during the installation of the flooring which they tried to hide, by poorly gluing it somehow back together. Many weeks later and after multiple attempts to make contact I finally reached him, he agreed to come out the following day to make the repairs after explaining that he was too busy to respond to me ( excuse after excuse ).Again, no show, no contact. If you look up his “Yelp” reviews you will read how many others have also been robbed.Receiving payment and never showing up.Property damage without repair or compensation.Extra charges for jobs that fail to be completed. He’s totally incompetent, work is poorly done.Completely unprofessional, and also somewhat of a coward.I’ve given him multiple opportunities to make this situation right and correct it, I even offered to purchase more Leveler just to get the job done, yet he fails to be a man of his word, he lacks integrity. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way by a neighbor, yes, he’s a neighbor from down the street a short distance.I also explained to him that I always have someone present at my house, even if I’m away due to my Military Service, so he can do the work at his convenience, even if I wasn’t personally there that I would be in constant contact with the person present to get this done in a timely manner, that would best serve him.No response, no contact, no show. For your sake, seek out a Professional for your flooring needs, he is definitely NOT the one you want to hire.Once again, he’s completely incompetent and full of excuses.
Tito’s Wholesale Flooring in San Bernardino has been one of the most pleasant experiences that I’ve had in renovating my older home. I am not in the construction world, I do not know, construction lingo, but I know what I like and I know what I want. Vanessa, at Tito’s Wholesale Flooring, was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted, and she directed me straight to several selections offering me samples to take home to see how it would look in my own home. Within one or two days, I came to the perfect conclusion of the type of flooring that I wanted to buy. This whole transaction was so professional and well handled that I cannot express enough praise for this company. Prices were reasonable, transactions were honest, product superior. If you’re looking for quality product, professional personnel and honest transactions, Tito’s Wholesale Flooring is the perfect choice
Best tile place, cheaper than other places, yet offering the same or Best quality. They're very informative and friendly. Highly recommend them..
?????Tito’s is the Real Deal – Best Price, Friendly Service, Perfect Install!!Honestly, I never thought I'd be raving like this about a flooring company, but I am telling you after calling a ton of places and getting the run around, etc. I almost couldn’t believe how honest, straightforward the price was, and easy it was with Titos-Tito’s Flooring just rocked it!I have a rental home out here, and my property manager said it was time to ditch the carpet and go for something more modern and durable if I wanted to get the rent I wanted for my place. Her “amazing flooring guy” quoted me almost $12,000—uhh, for 1,050 square feet? Yeah, no thanks. After scouring the internet and getting a serious headache from misleading ads, overpriced materials, and companies who wouldn’t call me back or even deliver, I finally landed on Tito’s Flooring. They had a killer SPC Luxury Vinyl on OfferUp or Facebook listed for $1.09 per square foot. Yes, you read that right! I was immediately skeptical but needed to see for myself. After asking a million questions (sorry, Rhonda!), I was shocked by how straightforward and helpful the whole team was.So, I took the plunge—drove an hour to San Bernardino (trust me, I never drive that far!)—and Rhonda greeted me in the parking lot like we were old friends. Not only did they have many colors and style in stock, but the price I paid per square foot was exactly as advertised, with NO hidden costs. They even had Tito himself stop by to help me figure out how to save a couple of grand by keeping the baseboards with a simple trim addition. (the video clips are of Tito teaching explaining “base shoe”- for the price he offered I just had the install guys do everything)I learned that after I pick the SPC flooring I wanted, that is just the tip of the iceberg. Don’t worry still a super happy ending… I still needed a moisture barrier underneath, the matching transition molding pieces, and some kind of base trim or all new base boards to do it correctly. It can seem like they are trying to upsell you on a bunch of extra stuff - but after checking with a bunch of my contractor friends, It turns out that most hard flooring like this needs all of that to work best. Luckily there was never any pressure to buy or anything like that at all.Tito’s prices even with the all of these extra and needed items was still priced WAY CHEAPER – more than 50% Less than anyone else!In less than an hour, I picked the flooring, confirmed my measurements, and set up an install date. Oh, and did I mention the install team? These guys were total pro’s -On time, -super professional, and precise in every detail—even around these wacky bi-fold door laundry room floor hinges!...And FYI I’m notoriously picky, and these guys nailed it the first time, leaving the place spotless and my floors looking amazing. The Best part? Was seriously how much I really saved !! The entire job, SPC Flooring, adding the water barrier underneath, the perfect match transition trim, and the smaller trim called “base shoe” as well as removing all of the old carpet and tack strips and hauling it away … wait for it…I SAVED almost 7k , and the whole job took under 4 days from start to finish. Really amazing to me!This was really just a wonderful experience, and without Titos there would be no way I could have afforded this top quality “luxury” style flooring!!Seriously, if you need some great quality flooring at the best prices ever without the runaround, Tito’s Flooring is THE place. Worth the drive, worth the hype. Thanks, Tito’s! You’ve got a forever customer here. Rob
Updating your kitchen or bathrooms? Titos Wholesale Flooring has a huge selection to choose from. I visited this business ISO flooring. The owner was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable of every product I looked at. This business carries a variety of flooring, baseboards, tile, laminate, vinyl, carpet, crown moulding, backsplash, quartz, granite, and cabinet hardware. This business' quaint size didn't overwhelm me with too many displays. I was able to take my time and really focus on products of my interests. The owner was so patient with me. She spent as much time as I needed to educate me about the products. Great customer service. I strongly recommend this business.
