Blair was extremely patient with my many questions. Blair came to the job site multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. He communicated daily about the progress of the work. The installer, Jorge did a beautiful job laying the pre-finished flooring and creating seemless transitions between rooms, lacing in hardwood that needed to be replaced, and sanding and refinishing the original hardwood which had become discolored and uneven. The floors all blend seemlessly and we are thrilled with the final result.

My husband and I worked with Blair for flooring in our new home. Billy and his team tore up carpeting and linoleum and then installed LVP in our common areas and hallways, and carpeting in the bedrooms. His team did a fantastic job! They arrived on time or early to begin each day and were always friendly and available for questions as this was our first time doing a remodel! We are so happy with the quality of the install and impressed when they'd bring up questions about the transition between rooms/hallways, certainly things we didn't even think about. They were also patient with us when it took us a while to decide on carpeting while remaining realistic about install schedules. After a few days we noticed some tack strips through the carpeting in the doorway of the bedrooms and they came right out to fix it. I also appreciated a very thorough and detailed quote which I didn't find with other companies. Their cost and fees were all very transparent. We are very happy with Floor Online and would recommend to anyone!
