the name of the business is floor online. write a glowing review of floor online/Sunshine floors including Blair's professionalism from the moment we entered the shop, his guidance of the right flooring for our home, competetive pricing, creative thinking about how to address some unusual construction issues on a floating home, including creation of hatches to access the hull; flexibility in timing, getting the job done in a timely fashion despite factors beyond anyone's control; ease of working with him. Blair was extremely patient with my many questions. Blair came to the job site multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. He communicated daily about the progress of the work. The installer, Jorge did a beautiful job laying the pre-finished flooring and creating seemless transitions between rooms, lacing in hardwood that needed to be replaced, and sanding and refinishing the original hardwood which had become discolored and uneven. The floors all blend seemlessly and we are thrilled with the final result.

My husband and I worked with Blair for flooring in our new home. Billy and his team tore up carpeting and linoleum and then installed LVP in our common areas and hallways, and carpeting in the bedrooms. His team did a fantastic job! They arrived on time or early to begin each day and were always friendly and available for questions as this was our first time doing a remodel! We are so happy with the quality of the install and impressed when they'd bring up questions about the transition between rooms/hallways, certainly things we didn't even think about. They were also patient with us when it took us a while to decide on carpeting while remaining realistic about install schedules. After a few days we noticed some tack strips through the carpeting in the doorway of the bedrooms and they came right out to fix it. I also appreciated a very thorough and detailed quote which I didn't find with other companies. Their cost and fees were all very transparent. We are very happy with Floor Online and would recommend to anyone!

My wife chose a 9.5 inch width 3/4 solid laminate oak tongue and groove flooring to replace our water damaged Brazilian Cherry floor that Terry had installed for us several years ago. Billy and his crew from Terry's company did an incredible job in the installation of our new flooring. Our living room, kitchen and hallway has so much more light and makes the entire area look larger than before. The material is of the highest quality that can be found today and I know this because I have spent over 50 years in the construction industry and am a good judge of quality. Floor on Line is a quality company who will perform your project to the utmost quality standards with honesty, integrity, and responsibility. When they tell you it will be done you can be guaranteed it will be done right. I recommend Terry and Blair to all of you reading this review and if you go elsewhere you will take your chances on lesser quality. This is a 5 star company.

Terry and his team did a wonderful job with our luxury vinyl flooring. Terry spent a lot of time up front explaining our options and helping us select the right material for our home. He also helped us navigate some tricky architectural features in our home - a spiral staircase and carpet/wood floors that needed leveling. Terry worked with us to complete our project in two phases so we didn't have to move out of our home, and his installation team was amazing. They were friendly, worked quickly, kept our home very clean and completed the work ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Floor Online to anyone looking for a quality floor installation.
