We had visited several other flooring shops in town and the choices were overwhelming and confusing.We had a contractor working with us on upgrades around our home the past two years and when we told him we were having a hard time deciding which way to go on our flooring, he said, “I only use Dago”.We had a situation where we needed to find a product that would stand up to our active young Labradors and would not get scratched and need to be refinished in a short time.At our first meeting, Dago was very informative and explained the pluses and minuses of the different products he had available and directed us to a beautiful product that met our needs.Next was the big dilemma of which color pattern to go with. We were able to take home multiple samples over a period of several days until we finally had a decision made. The pricing was fair and competitive, so we decided to go for it and scheduled the installation.During the installation process, Dago was on site daily answering any questions we had and ensuring the installation was top quality. The craftsmanship of the installer was outstanding. Intricate cuts were flawless, and the final outcome is absolutely Beautiful. Dago is kind and caring and runs his business with integrity. Dago Orozco was recommended to us by the previous owner of our house, who he installed the floors for. He just refinished all the floors and the staircase in our house, and did a great job. He helped us figure out what we wanted it to look like and he knew how to achieve it, stopping and sampling the next coat to make sure we liked it. They finished ahead of schedule and were on budget, and the floors are beautiful. The workers were very good and nice. They moved all the furniture and replaced it just as we wanted. Dago himself is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and agreeable. We highly recommend him!
