I loved working with Casey so much that I hired him to do the flooring at both my business and my home. My commercial space is 4,500 square feet with multiple rooms and stairs — definitely not an easy project — but Casey and his team still finished a day ahead of schedule. A few months later, one area started having issues due to the heavy equipment we roll over it (which Casey had warned me might happen). When it needed to be removed, he handled it quickly and made sure my business operations weren’t interrupted at all. The level of service, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. Can't say enough great things about my experience in working with Casey and his team to add new flooring in my house. Casey was extremely responsive to all of my texts, and his installation team showed up on time each day and did an outstanding job! Casey's prices are very competitive, and the service and overall results are head and shoulders above the rest of the competition in the SCV. Not even close!

We were in a bit of a tight spot and needed the carpet replaced in the new house we just bought, as quickly as possible. The previous owner had 3 dogs and we didn't know how bad the carpet was until we received the keys and all their stuff had been removed. The smell was overwhelming (the previous owner used a lot of air fresheners to mask the smell when we saw the house). We really needed a replacement to be completed before we moved in our big furniture and such. Casey was so accommodating and he went over, saw the house, knew what was needed, brought samples to choose from, and had a quote ready right away. He had the carpet delivered and scheduled for installation within a week. Casey's men were very thorough and meticulous in installing the new carpet. They were pretty fast, too, and did such a great job. No hidden fees and what Casey quoted included everything--removal, installation, disposal. Casey and Best Flooring SCV are truly the best for any of your flooring needs!

Casey and his top notch crew transformed our carpeted, boring home into a wood laden stunner. No hidden fee's, they handled all aspects of the job, demo, removal, cleanup, prep and finish work. Best Flooring did such a wonderful job on my floors. Casey was extremely friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the different options that we had to replace our damaged flooring. We ended up deciding on vinyl. The finished product looks amazing and looks so much like real wood but is water proof. Casey's employees did a great job and were also super nice. They also covered up all my kitchen appliances while doing the demo work to ensure that they didn't get dirty. We had a decent amount of old flooring that still needed to be demoed and they made sure to clean it all up after they were done. There was nothing left here that shouldn't have been. The install went quickly and smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything better.  I would recommend Best Flooring to anyone and if I ever need any flooring done again I know who I will be calling!
