No communication between owner (who came out and created a plan with us) and the crew who installed it. Owner didn’t even come out on install day. Crew almost installed flooring in wrong direction if I didn’t stop them. Flooring unevenly cut and too far from walls in one area, so a gap remains after I reinstalled the baseboards. I’ve emailed the owner numerous times and called the store as well and haven’t been able to get in contact with the owner. Was also told the crew would clean up after installation, but there was dust everywhere and also some small damage to our walls. The floors themselves are nice but honestly not worth the hassle during install and afterwards with an owner who doesn’t follow up after he’s been paid.

They came in at a fantastic price for a beautiful product.At first we were nervous that things might not go perfectly because they were substantially less than the other 5 Star competition, but in the end they showed up exactly on time on the first morning of the scheduled installation and got right to work ripping out the cheap flooring the builder had put into our home and replacing it with beautiful new flooring, including perfect treads and risers on 38 stairs.They warned us before we purchased that with Covid it was possible they could lose workers and the installation could be slowed down, but they had the full team, on time and finished ahead of schedule with perfect results. My wife can be especially picky and she couldn't find a single flaw either.Great prices, great quality, and the installation team was clean, efficient, and very nice. They even put down their tools a few times when they saw me struggling to move in heavy items into rooms that had been completed so they could help me, even though they had their own work to do. Couldn't be happier with the produce, the experience, or with Valencia Flooring. Thank you all!
Was referred by our friends Viola and Jim. Nick and his entire crew do a phenomenal job at very competitive price, in fact saved us a few thousand dollars from the alternative just a few doors down with no nickel and dime on a few extras he did for us as well. They just finished doing our complete upstairs with distressed wood and tile in the bathroom and new baseboards. It's tough having your house tore up for upgrades while you're in it so the guys being organized and tidy sure went along way.
