I was very happy with my experience. I no longer live in the area, but I kept my place and I use it as a long term rental. I came in town to turn over my place and I definitely had my work cut out for me--my renter of nine years didn't do me any favors. I wanted shop for a good product at a reasonable price, while I didn't have a lot of time. Although there was a hiccup during part of the process, Cheryl and Jason were very responsive and they made things right--this was very important and I was appreciative.
