We just had hardwood installed in our Master Bedroom and closets. Bernie was our contact at AZ Hardwood and Sammy did the furniture moving for us. They both were great to work with. Pedro did the installation and he was incredible. He arrived on time every day and did an amazing job. Before leaving each day he would have us come look at what he had done and ask if we had any questions or issues with what we saw. The areas were cleaned every day before he left. The final product is a work of art. Pedro is an artist. We are now thinking about doing our other 2 bedrooms. If that were to happen we will be calling Arizon Hardwood and asking for Bernie. We will also insist on having Pedro do the work. He is a fantastic installer and Arizona Hardwood is lucky to have him as part of their team.
Working with AZ Hardwood was a fantastic experience. Working with Darin at the Scottsdale location was a pleasure and he continued to communicate with us throughout the entire project. AZ Hardwood provides a high level of customer support from the initial product selection through installation. Predrag (Installation Superintendent) was also very helpful and assisted us over a weekend with a scheduling issue. AZ Hardwood installers were extremely detailed and surpassed our expectations.We would highly recommend using AZ Hardwood for your flooring needs.
Communications with scheduling was spot on with Jodi and it just got better from there. Predrag's crew rocked, leveling the floor ahead of install and then knocking out the install the next day. The baseboard installation hummed along too. Clean up and hauling completed in record time.
We want to personally thank Predrag and Ratko for the flooring install project. Ratko’s crew was simply excellent, with great workmanship, attention to detail, answering all of our questions promptly, keeping us apprised of the progress. While doing all that, they were even able to finish early! Sammy and his moving crew were extremely professional and took great care to help us restore the house to the way it was before the project started. We are extremely pleased with the experience we had with AZ Hardwood!! Highly recommend!!
From start to finish our experience with Scottsdale AZ Hardwood was 5 stars. Quality of the product was top notch. Prices were competitive. The installation process was seamless. The crew that came to install was simply excellent, great workmanship, paid attention to detail, answered all our questions promptly, kept us apprised of the progress. While doing all that they were even able to finish early! The movers (arranged by the shop) too were extremely professional and took great care to help us restore the house to the way it was before the project started. We are extremely pleased with the experience we had with AZ Hardwood!!
