The team at Floor & Decor truly goes above and beyond every single time. I'm currently renovating a hotel, so I'm in here often--and their consistency, professionalism, and kindness make a huge difference in my experience.

I often have last-minute orders, and they always step up to make sure everything gets fulfilled. Everyone is friendly, incredibly professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers succeed.

Dex was wonderful--he really went out of his way to make sure I received all of my flooring. I was shopping at a few different places, but the customer service and support I received from him were so exceptional that I chose to stick with this store. His dedication to getting things done right, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference and truly set him apart.

Robert is amazing--I jokingly call it "Robert's warehouse" because he knows everything about the inventory, down to how much a car can tow. He consistently goes above and beyond and his work ethic, and genuine care for his customers is evident. He always goes out of his way to get me in and out quickly, especially during busy mornings, and does it all with a smile!

Mike is also fantastic. He's always helping in the warehouse, goes above and beyond to pull and load my inventory, and has such a great personality. He's truly a pleasure to work with.

I genuinely appreciate all of their hard work, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. They are an incredible team, and I'm grateful for all of them!

I had a wonderful experience working with Chris Mozer-Velasco, a designer who helped me select my backsplash tile. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my style and how the backsplash would work with the rest of my space. She made suggestions and showed me tiles I hadn’t previously considered, helping to narrow down the options without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The final choice turned out beautifully, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and eye for design. I highly recommend working with her if you want guidance you can truly trust.

The new store is awesome. Lots of room in the store, unlike the other box stores where you can barely get the cart through the aisle. Their product selection is amazing. The service is top quality with dedicated customer pick up area, pro service, parking area, curbside pick up area, pro desk, and regular cashiers. Dex at the Pro Desk helped me with my business today. Great service provided by Dex. Thank you. I will be back often.

We made an appointment with Chris in the design center and are SO thankful we did! This woman has amazing patience and gave us a few alternative ideas we wouldn't have ever been able to figure out on our own. She is really an asset if you are looking for help. We are excited to finish our bathroom remodel now rather than overwhelmed. Its easy to book an appointment with her online - you will be not be disappointed!
