It was just a sleazy tactic for an upsale like when a car salesman takes your keys or drivers license. Wasted my time. Could have been done over the phone.

We recently purchased a home and instantly fell in love with the existing wood flooring. Although the floors showed some wear and tear, we were committed to preserving them. After removing the old cabinets, we discovered that paint had been spilled on the floors during previous work.I’ve included a “before” photo of the kitchen and an “after” shot from the den—what a transformation! The paint and other blemishes are completely gone, and the floors look brand new.Everyone we interacted with—from the office staff to the technicians—was incredibly friendly and helpful. I've been an interior designer for 30+ years. Having no experience working in Arizona, I was at a loss with whom to contract with, for my personal home in Scottsdale. Bobby, the owner of Mission Hardwood was recommended, and by far and away the best with advice, selection of woods, finishes, etc. of all the wood installers I interviewed. He followed through beautifully, as did his team in house and on the job site. Phone calls and messages were always answered in timely fashion and he visited the project to make sure it was done to the highest of standards. He has now completed two homes of mine with his team. I highly recommend them for any hardwood job you might have.
