I am very disappointed with my experience at Scottsdale Flooring America. I paid a premium for carpet with the understanding it was backed by a warranty, and I followed all care requirements, including professional cleaning every 18 months (with receipts to prove it). When the carpet started rippling within two years, I expected the warranty to be honored. Instead, I was told the warranty was void without proper investigation and immediately referred to pay out-of-pocket for repairs.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the service was dismissive, and Todd the store owner showed little concern for customer satisfaction. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the process. If you are considering purchasing from this location, I urge you to think twice. They do not stand behind their products or their promises.
SFA did a GREAT job in my rental property! They helped me select the right tile for my condo and then the project began on time and was even completed a little ahead of schedule. The workmanship was impeccable and the friendly crew even moved the furniture for me. Great expirence and I'd highly recommend them!
The whole process was really seem-lessfrom picking colors to completion.Started on the date scheduled.It was a 5 day job.Replacing 95% of your flooring is a huge undertaking. Really can’t say enough about the install team. Martine and his team members couldn’t have been more accommodating friendly and personal.We were very comfortable having the install team in our house. Almost seemed like family at the end of day 2. So you can imagine how we felt after 5 days.The whole experience from start to finish was way beyond our expectations. 100% positive experience.From leveling the floor where needed to the fine detail of installing the vinyl on the stairs.Cutting under current door jams to fit the new flooring properly.We would Definitely!! We would use SA Flooring in the future. You really can’t understand how happy we are.
