Great and Efficient Customer Service!
I called Carpet World on a Thursday morning, and by 1 PM that same day, someone came out to measure. The installation was scheduled for that Saturday—just two days later! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Carpet World is an exceptional flooring company for both purchasing new flooring as well as professional installation. My first contact was with Kerri & Tiffany who both helped in my selection of my new luxury laminate vinyl plank flooring. Doug & Trey were the installer's who from start to finish exceeded my
expectations. Anyone in need of new flooring needs to visit Carpet World Slidell LA ! Thank you again for professional service & installation!

We had a beautiful floor installed about a year ago. It was very nice and we were delighted. They are now going to do a bedroom. This company demonstrates excellent service. The prices are reasonable and the product is great. The installers are professional and I am sure that the bedroom is going to look as great as the other floor. I would recommend this company because they do an excellent job at a reasonable price for us.
