Everything was good, from the quote to the install. They were easy to work with. The conpleted rooms of this project look fantastic, and Nathan, the installer, worked hard for a day and a half and finished two rooms and a landing area. We were very impressed. Overall, a hardworking company with hardworking people. We can't wait to complete the house with them!
Dunn's did a fantastic job installing 2'x2' tile in my living room. It was so easy: Ashley helped us pick the perfect tile, Kim did a great job estimating the cost (yes, there are couple extra things that came up in our older home but perfect is better than so-so) and the install team is great. The attention to detail was amazing. I look forward to doing more in the future with Dunn's!
We started our flooring journey with a big box store and got frustrated with their process and confusing quotes. We walked into Dunn’s and Ashley and Kim were wonderful to work with. The quote was easy to understand and Kim was clear that there might be issues with our 43 year old slab that might require extra costs due to leveling since we picked porcelain tile for the first floor. We did end up needing extensive leveling and he worked with us on the extra cost. The crew did the installation of our floor efficiently and quickly and the result is beautiful. The crew were hard workers and worked long days to lessen the time we had to live in the chaos of renovation. They handled everything with moving our furniture and appliances and were respectful of our property. We also got carpet for the second floor and that was done in a day. It was a very positive experience and we are thrilled with the results!
