I ordered tiles, paid on the website, and received a confirmation email for my order. The sales representative later reached out and told me they had the shipping price wrong - oops - and wanted me to cover the delta. I said: well, this seems like a you problem and we already had a deal (as shown by the confirmation email), but I'll split the delta 50/50 with you, fair? They said nope, not our fault, you eat the whole thing.

It's not outrageous, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Felt like they re-traded on an agreement and wanted to stick it to me instead of taking accountability for their mistake and eating what to them is surely a minor charge. Not how I would treat customers or run a business.

EDIT: I should add that they DID grant me a refund without a hassle. Again, not terrible, but I don't like the idea that I need to pay for their incorrect information.
