My name is Lynne and I purchased 10 luxury vinyl stair treads from Luxe Home Improvements. After ordering my shipment date was scheduled very quickly. Due to an error on the part of UPS a large part of my order went missing. Luxe Floor Studio helped me recover my order and reassured me that everything would be ok prior to recovery.
