I recently had the floors replaced throughout my entire house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The whole experience—from start to finish—was far less overwhelming than I expected. Nicole was wonderful in helping me choose the right products, and Kelly, who handled the installation, did a fantastic job! I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the flooring, the salesperson, and the installation. I highly recommend Perfect Floors.

Project management and communication were poor—I repeatedly had to contact the office, and missing or damaged materials, along with poor time management, caused additional delays. Customer service was lacking and unprofessional.

The work was eventually completed but the process was stressful, disruptive, and below expectations.

Revised: please note everything does not look great (this remark in the response is a misrepresentation). The flooring looks good. The baseboards are not satisfactory. Issues with transitioning in the foyer and no end return near door-wall. Given the last interaction onsite I choose not to have these fixed by Perfect Floors as I do not want them coming back out.

I still have to deal with replacing the face of my dishwasher (to which I was credited $200), repainting my front door, which was scratched during installation and throwing out left over material left in my garage. This is after material was not ordered correctly, received damaged material, late arrivals and some visits of only a couple hours led to delays over the holidays. I am glad they will learn from this as I too will learn.

I was offered an additional credit of a couple hundred dollars but declined. I feel my review is more than fair as a 3 star (okay).

Brian and his team are phenomenal! From the very first call to the final walkthrough, Brian went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfect. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain the best flooring options for my space and made sure the installation was flawless. The quality of the work is outstanding — you can tell Brian takes real pride in what he does. My floors look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re thinking about new floors, ask for Brian — you won’t find anyone better at what he does!

Amazing experience with Perfect Floors! From the very beginning of our quest for new floors, our sales person: Nicole was patient & helpful as she guided us through our choices and the many samples we borrowed before deciding on Shaw product. Nicole's install crew: Jesse, Gavin & Nathan were top notch! Install of the 1120 sq ft was particular, neat, & quick. The fellas were so polite working through the June heat wave. (Check out the photos, especially the herringbone down the hall.) Definitely a 5 ? company that I am recommending! We had hard wood floors installed in our home last month and were VERY happy with them.

The crew at our house were on time, professional and kept me informed on how long the job was going to take.  It was a big job with tearing out the old flooring, installing the new flooring and all the molding and I want to personally thank both the crew at our house and Perfect Floors for a great product and great service.  Even the guy that delivered and unloaded all the wood to our house (by himself) was great! I have already recommended Perfect Floors to friends and will continue to do so!
