We purchased tile for our bathroom project. They were great in helping us select tile and place the order. Our order took longer than expected to arrive and we had to do a lot of checking to see if it had arrived.when our project was done, we had a full box of tile left over and returned it for a refund. Candy told us we could pick up a check in a couple days for the refund. We have called several times and left messages. As of today, they have not contacted us regarding the refund. We were also going to our purchase carpet but rethinking our carpet purchase. We were really trying to support a small local business.

Five Stars! All Floors did a fantastic job installing new stairs and new floors on the main level of our house. They earned 5+ stars for every aspect of the project, from front office support to pricing, scheduling, communication and installation. Candy and Alec were very helpful with selecting our floors, which was a big challenge because there are so many choices out there. We are thrilled with our selection and very impressed with the installation. Andre and his crew were respectful of our home, cleaned up each day, and most important, they are highly skilled, take great pride in their work and pay close attention to every detail. Watching Andre install new flooring on the stairs was amazing. On the first four or five steps, he probably spent 30 minutes per step to be sure everything was straight, smooth and perfect. All Floors is a hidden gem in Spokane in terms of residential hard surface products, service and great people to work with. We will be back for kitchen counters and back splash!
