Andy is THE BEST. We’ve worked with him to get carpet and flooring for our basement. Throughout the whole process he was so helpful and kind letting us know of what else we may need for our project! He made the buying experience so easy. Great prices here as well!
Unfortunately will not be shopping here again. I've been looking for flooring for my kitchen and have been looking for the right tile/LVT. I came by this last Saturday with my family at 4:15, they close at 5. I got my stroller out and put my 6 month old son in it and as I turned around the employee walked to the door, looked at my car parked out front, and locked it in front of me as I was heading towards the door. No communication or signage saying they were closing early. Was highly disappointed as I've been here before and was interested in buying that day. Will be buying elsewhere now.
The M&M brothers installed our new flooring this week and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were a pleasure to work with. They were Meticulous, fast and friendly. I would highly recommend them. ( The price on the new floor beat any other store by a lot.)
I have been actively working with Andy. This guy is awesome. One of the best sales people I have worked with in a very long time. He responds quickly, he's thorough, and patient. I will be back, and I only want to deal with Andy. This guy needs to be here for a long time to come. Thank you Andy for all you help! And helping us find the flooring we needed for our new house we really appreciate all of your help! The prices were great! The selection was amazing, and the order times were shockingly quick. 5/5 highly recommend.
Had a great experience working with Caleb finding the exact carpet to match our existing carpet. Only took one week to order and the communication was perfect! I give Floor Traders a 5 star for their service and experience. However, MATT FARLEY (FT recommended carpet installer) DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL CARPET!! Like all businesses similar to Floor Traders, they offer a list of preferred contractors for installments. They provided us with that list. I called several and only one was available to come out, measure and do the install. It took Matt Farley 17 HOURS over 3 days to install carpet in 5 normal sized rooms! He does not own his own stretcher (carpet installer, huh?) and had to rent it at Home Depot *facepalm*. Matt DID NOT disclose he WAS NOT a CARPET installer, instead installed my carpet, didn't stretch it (yeah, he rented a stretcher, but does not know how to use it!), made cuts in the carpet that created very noticeable errors and sooo much more to list!. Carpet in EVERY ROOM had to be fixed. Some areas just couldn't be fixed because he cut the carpet too short, made errors in his cutting, etc.. The attached photos are images of his work.I gave Matt the opportunity to come back to fix the carpet by the end of the day this past Monday. Well, guess what? Matt ignored my message, never communicated to me, took my money, so here I am. I was patient enough through this fiasco and trust me, I did give him fair warning that if I didn't hear from him, I'd be reporting him to Floor Traders. So guess what? I visited Floor Traders this week to report that Matt Farley SHOULD NOT be listed as a preferred installer. I asked that he be removed from their preferred vendor list. They assured me they would be removing him. Matt took my money and left me hiring another contractor to FIX HIS MESS!! I am here to save your mind, save your money and DO NOT HIRE MATT FARLEY from FARLEY GENERAL CONTRACTING. You have been warned of this imposter.
