I had an outstanding experience working with Jessica at Staff, and I can’t recommend her enough. My first purchase was a couch, and Jessica helped me through the entire process like a true designer, not just a salesperson.

She asked great questions about my home, how we use the space, and the fact that I have a busy household with kids & pets. She helped me choose a fabric that would actually hold up to real life and suggested coordinating pillows that tied everything together beautifully. I had mentioned that I was planning to rearrange the room, and Jessica even took the extra step of putting the layout into their design software to make sure the couch would fit perfectly before I ordered it. That level of care and attention really impressed me.

Because of that experience, I came back when I started working on my bathroom renovations. Jessica again went above and beyond—asking if I had photos of the space, what colors I was leaning toward, and what overall feel I wanted for the rooms. She helped me dig through their sale tile room, and I ended up finding a gorgeous patterned marble tile and a beautiful frosted mosaic tile for my daughter’s bathroom, both priced incredibly well.

Jessica is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly has a great eye for design. She made what could have been overwhelming decisions feel easy and even fun.

My experience was very good from start to finish. I had good service From Zach, from picking out carpet and changing my decision on what I really needed In the way of carpeting for three rooms. I needed pet friendly and I found it at a price color that I could live with. Jason was the person that measured the three rooms and he was very personable and accurate. On the day of insulation I believe four guys were here and they moved furniture of course I had my clutter out of the way already. I believe that only took less than 4 hours to have all three rooms done and furniture large items put back in place. Thank you staff carpet for hiring very dependable reliable and personable staff.
