We have worked with Modern Hardwood on several projects, but this was our biggest one yet. The team is absolutely incredible, communicative and kind. They are with you every step of the way. Our experience from the minute we stepped in the door to the completion of the work was effortless and impeccable. Carly gave straight-up answers to all of our questions and very good advice about product quality and selection for our needs. There was never hesitation from Carly to give us ballpark prices for all of the brands and selections we were interested in, and that's all we expected. We had a quote in no time from Frank and it was very good considering we needed so much work done and wanted particular underpad installed - nothing we mentioned was ever a problem. Kevin and Justin did such good work installing the high quality engineered wood - Kevin is very detail oriented and consulted with me every time he needed a decision or wanted me to see a potential problem. I would not hesitate to use Modern Hardwood again and I very highly recommend this company.
Both Alicia & Jessica were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient with all my questions and indecisiveness. I loved dealing with them. Alicia even helped load the boxes in my car. They really went above and beyond to provide great customer service.The store itself is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. It is super helpful to be able to bring the floor samples back home to be able to get an idea of what it is going to look like. Happy to support a local Canadian business.
