Brent's Interiors

We recently had the pleasure of doing business with Brent's Interiors! As with other reviewers, we experienced the complete care to the end, including a re-do on the carpet binding. They are committed to customer service and delivering high quality products. We ended up picking a carpet from a showroom sample and having it made into a large rug. It's perfect!

We just had our bedroom, living room, study and TV room carpeted. All I can say is WOW! What a difference. From beginning to end, our experience with the people at Brent’s Interiors was amazing. Mark, the estimator, measured the areas perfectly. He also gave us very valuable tips on the various grades of carpeting which were very helpful in selection. Lori, the sales woman, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable in every facet of carpeting. Listened intently to what we were looking for in durability, color and wear and tear. Both she and Mark were so patient and went over and above to ensure we purchased exactly what we wanted, and also worked with us on a timeframe for installation as we were having our interior painted as well. We never felt pressured, and they answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. Scott, the installer, was absolutely incredible. I never saw one man move heavy furniture so easily and put it back in place without a hitch. He even took our adjustable bed apart and reassembled it better than before. He installed our carpeting with precision. As hard as we may try, we cannot find a seam anywhere. He was also very pleasant and personable, and made sure we were happy when all was said and done. He left no stone unturned. All in all, I can’t say enough about the people at Brent’s Interiors. Their products are top notch, and the customer service is absolutely excellent. I would give them a million stars.

The crew-of 2- removed our carpet and installed wood llaminate in one day. That included replacing the baseboards and cleaning both rooms. This is the second install from Brent's Interiors did a fantastic job again.
I highly recommend their services and the excellent communication was appreciated.
