Reinhold has done multiple types of flooring for us over the past 20 years and many of my family members have used them, too. We keep coming back because they are easy to work with, communicate with their customers, and their prices are fair. They use their own vetted installers and every one has been courteous, respected our home, cleaned up after themselves, and do excellent work. They pay attention to the details and make sure it's right the first time. If they run into issues, it's taken care of quickly and easily. This time they did a custom edge on our reducer to hide the edge of the trim that was higher than the new flooring in our doorway, and they even went ahead and fixed our squeaks in the subfloor before replacing the carpets. Above and beyond noticing those details and making things beautiful and functional. I'd recommend using them every time!
Reinhold Flooring saved our job!!!I work for a company in Spokane Washington and right at the end of a big LVT job, we ran out of product. And of course, the manufacturer discontinued it and had none left in stock.After calling about 15-20 stores, I finally found Ann at Reinhold. She and the warehouse team went on a search of their warehouse and found us a couple boxes! They were great to work with and shipped it out the next day.I am so grateful to them for putting in so much effort and helping us out! GREAT customer service!
