Reinhold Flooring Inc

I couldn’t be happier with our experience! If you’re shopping for flooring, save yourself time, hassle, and money. Choose Reinhold Flooring. Like many people, we had been dreading this project. But from the moment we connected with Steve and Kristen, all of our questions and concerns were addressed. The Reinhold team helped us select the right products for our needs. When I second-guessed my original choice, they even guided me toward an option that would truly stand the test of time and man does it look good! When it comes to communication, Kristen is outstanding. She stays in touch throughout the entire process, so you’re never left wondering what’s next. And where the rubber meets the road, installation, Steve’s team is simply the best of the best. If you’re delaying your project because of cost, be sure to check out Reinhold. Their pricing is extremely competitive. Worried about moving heavy furniture? Don’t be. Their team handles it. Concerned your home will be a mess? You can toss that thought aside. The crew treated our home as if it were their own, and quite honestly, it was cleaner when they finished than when they started. They even took extra special care to work around our fur babies and ensure their safety. Choosing Reinhold was the best decision we could have made. We are truly raving fans!

Reinhold did a great job on our basement floors. We were unsure of what product to go with and they educated us on the pros and cons of multiple selections. They went above and beyond to make sure all the behind the scenes work was completed. Also, Marshall our installer was the GOAT!

I have been using Reinhold for years and wouldn’t call anyone else when I need floors. From start to finish they are a pleasure to work with and often go the extra mile. A family run business that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them!

Reinhold has done multiple types of flooring for us over the past 20 years and many of my family members have used them, too. We keep coming back because they are easy to work with, communicate with their customers, and their prices are fair. They use their own vetted installers and every one has been courteous, respected our home, cleaned up after themselves, and do excellent work. They pay attention to the details and make sure it's right the first time. If they run into issues, it's taken care of quickly and easily. This time they did a custom edge on our reducer to hide the edge of the trim that was higher than the new flooring in our doorway, and they even went ahead and fixed our squeaks in the subfloor before replacing the carpets. Above and beyond noticing those details and making things beautiful and functional. I'd recommend using them every time!

Reinhold Flooring saved our job!!! I work for a company in Spokane Washington and right at the end of a big LVT job, we ran out of product. And of course, the manufacturer discontinued it and had none left in stock. After calling about 15-20 stores, I finally found Ann at Reinhold. She and the warehouse team went on a search of their warehouse and found us a couple boxes! They were great to work with and shipped it out the next day. I am so grateful to them for putting in so much effort and helping us out! GREAT customer service!
