The team at Floor Envy was very professional from initial communication to assisting with selecting the right materials and confirming delivery times. The selection of carpets and laminate was great and the staff explained the differences of the products. Some stores seem cheap and others too pricy. I had a great experience shopping experience at Floor Envy. The staff were friendly, patient, and have the knowledge and recommendations to help customers make right choices. They respond to calls and emails in a timely manner unlike some large store where you don't hear back for a long time or never. The selection of carpet, tiles and laminate is great and the prices are very reasonable. It is rare these days to find a flooring store that combines good value and customer service. Working with Coriey and Frank was fantastic. The way that Coriey’s sales and estimating process was totally different and made us feel educated and that they were totally transparent. Frank came in and did the job from beginning to end and superbly done. The leveling bill was an unexpected extra but we knew going in that it could happen and we knew we needed to for the structural integrity of the floor. We really appreciate being treated as a home instead of a job site. Highly recommend this company

I recently reached out to Floor Envy to do 1,600 sq ft of laminate and carpet throughout the entire upstairs. Floor Envy was amazing from beginning to end. We spoke with Reece, who was extremely helpful and knowable, and was able to guide us in the right direction based off what we told him we were wanting, and offer suggestions. I also appreciated how, when I had questions during the process, I was always able to reach Reece or Coriey. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and experience in general.
