Not many companies respond to complaints with the honesty and compassion I received from Peter Ostanski of Knot & Grain, the oldest company contracted by King of Floors for installation. Without going into detail what I can say is that he and Troy went above and beyond for me and completely redid my floors without any cost to me. They had plausible reason not to take responsibility but chose the moral high ground. In these times where duplicity is seen simply as good business practice they have restored my faith that there are still a few honest, decent men in the world.
Peter’s team, Freddy and Uno, worked diligently and reliably never failing in politeness and consideration. Everyone in the company seems to be imbued with the same integrity that comes from the top. I cannot say strongly enough that if you want to deal with a reliable, trustworthy company of unmatched expertise and customer care who will not stand behind a flawed product then run, don’t walk to King of Floors.
