Reviews
What customers say
Customers describe helpful service and product-selection guidance; one valued choosing without pressure. For returns, a customer found returning extra boxes straightforward, while a separate case involving two chipped tile boxes required multiple discussions before staff agreed to take them back.

Had a bad experience with this retailer. Our contractor told us to shop there as it is their recommended flooring retailer. There were two boxes of tiles we bought with chips and cannot be used. We returned in person and the staff told us that he will need the original shipping documents to accept the returns. We had only the original invoice as the shipment were picked up by our contractor. Then the staff gave us another excuse they wound not accept the returns because the box was opened. How can we find the tiles have chips if we don’t open the box???? It took multiple discussions and the staff finally agreed the returns. Not a friendly experience. I would not be using them for my future projects.

They helped me choose the right product without any pressure, and the quality of the flooring is fantastic.
