Koster’s is the absolute best choice for hardwoods in Central New York. Incredible selection of the highest quality floors and products for installation. The owner and staff are professional, patient, and offer great suggestions. We worked with Beaudro who went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly the floor we had dreamed of. The showroom is amazing with so many large displays to make the choice easier. They also provide great support after the sale with floor care. Pricing is very reasonable and their product is higher quality. Our purchase came with a 35 year finish warranty which is much more than I could have expected. Highly recommend!!
Had new maple floors installed in our kitchen and are very happy with the result. There were a few imperfections in the final coat and they came back promptly to re-refinish and make it look great.

Another important factor was that Koster's has an inhouse team and we could trust them in our home.The start date was firmed up a few weeks ahead of time and the the job was finished in a timely manner. We are thrilled with our floors and with the service we got from everyone at Koster's.
We are very pleased with the quality of our oak and ash hardwood floors from Koster's. It has been over 10 months since we had our contractor install the hardwood floors in three bedrooms, four closets and in the study. Our installer even remarked about the quality of the wood and what very little "waste" in the wood supply that he could not use. We are so glad we purchased our hardwood floors from Koster's.
Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and just plain good people! Went into store to just look and we were allowed to do just that without any hard sale just an offer to be available if we had any questions. We left and came back 2 weeks later to actually buy and again no hard sale just all of the above. Recommend to anyone wanting lovely floors! We installed ourselves since my husband has done in the past.
