Disappointing Experience with LL FlooringI regret to say our experience with LL Flooring was highly disappointing. We paid $38.06 for a measurement service, which was supposed to be refunded if we purchased and installed the flooring through them. After purchasing the flooring, LL Flooring informed us that they couldn’t perform the installation due to internal issues affecting all customers. This left us scrambling to find an installer, which we did.To make matters worse, we called the store two days prior to pick up our paid-for flooring and were assured it would be ready. However, when we arrived, we were informed that they had just sold our flooring to a contractor! While they did refund the cost of the flooring, they refused to refund the $38.06 for the measurement service—even though we fulfilled our end of the agreement by purchasing the flooring.This is unacceptable business practice. LL Flooring not only failed to honor their commitments but also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Selling our flooring after we had already paid for it is inexcusable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This was by far the easiest most uncomplicated home improvement experience I’ve had. Ordering samples was easy and quick, customer service was beyond expectations, the product and end result are better than imagined. I will have no issues recommending LL flooring and/or using them again should the need arise. Very satisfied customer on all fronts!
